Facades, cladding and render collect algae, staining and general grime in places that are difficult and often dangerous to reach with standard equipment. We offer both high pressure and low pressure (soft-wash) cleaning at height, along with gutter clearing for both domestic and commercial properties, using the same rope access and spider-boom MEWP techniques we use across our other service lines.
Because it's delivered by the same access-trained teams, commercial cleaning at height can often be scheduled alongside inspection, maintenance or lightning protection work on the same visit.
High pressure cleaning uses stronger water pressure and suits durable, robust surfaces. Low pressure (soft-wash) cleaning uses gentler pressure with a cleaning solution and is better suited to render, cladding and more delicate finishes.
It depends on location and building type — sites near trees or with north-facing elevations tend to need more frequent cleaning. An annual clean is a reasonable starting point for most commercial buildings.
